Rendering a File From a Database Blob Column on the Browser

Hi All,
           If I have a file (*.doc,*.xml,*.pdf)Stored in The Database in a
BLOB , I retrieve it using the Input Stream,
How Do I render it on the Browser?, any example code for it will be highly
appreciated.
