XmlSchema release next week....

It looks like the new walker module is in good shape now and I’ve fixed all the bugs/enhancements that I was planning.  I’ve also double checked everything with CXFs full test suite.   Thus, I’m planning on building a release early next week.   If anyone wants other changes in, please let me know.
