[jira] [Created] (NIFI-8495) Improve Access Denied Error Log for Missing Cluster Permissions

Shawn Weeks created NIFI-8495:
---------------------------------

Summary: Improve Access Denied Error Log for Missing Cluster Permissions
                 Key: NIFI-8495
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-8495
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Shawn Weeks

On a new cluster installation you have to add "view the data" and "modify the data" permissions to the cluster nodes however the error message you receive if you do not add this permission is confusing and doesn't point to what the actual issue is.

For example I received this error message when I tried to view or clear a queue even though my user and group did have permission. It would be better if we could mention that the node itself is missing the permission.

AccessDeniedExceptionMapper identity[sweeks], groups[admin] does not have permission to access the requested resource.
