   ### Question
   TraceContext.traceId() return [Ignored Trace]
   
   SkyWalking3.2.6  
   window  centos7 jkd8
   
   in spring cloud .I have many service runing .
   some TraceContext.traceId() return the right TraceId.
   but in some services TraceContext.traceId() return [Ignored Trace]
   
   under is my agent logfile
