In case of an unsuccessful assert within the methods of BinaryCdcConsumer, the `SqlCdcTest#testReadAllSQLRows` test hangs for 5 minutes and then fails due to timeout. It is necessary to implement a fail-fast approach: if the assertion does not pass, the test should immediately fail instead of hanging.

We need to apply this approach to all similar CDC tests.
