[NOTICE] Just gave our moms some updates and updated to Reveal.JS 4.5.0

Hi all,

I took the liberty of updating out poms again … so we’re now using the most recent versions of all plugins.
Also did I invest some time for adjusting the code to use reveal.js 4.5.0.
So far, I’ve tested many slides and the output seems to be as expected.
