Stale Windows snapshot builds
Why are the Windows nightly builds so far out of date when other platforms
seem to be building fine ?
Apache_OpenOffice_4.2.0_Win_x86_install_en-US_1692551.exe was built at
the beginning of August.

I used their newer friendly "request" interface and it
turned into a JIRA ticket. I don't know if you can directly
get to the old interface any more so tracking by project
might be limited.

Is it in JIRA somewhere? As far as I know, Infra strongly prefers that
issues be tracked in JIRA rather than by mail.
