Log message feature

One feature that I really think is useful in SVK is the ability to
delete out files that you do not want to include in a commit inside
your editor as you create your log message. However, I do not like
anything else about SVK's interface so I wouldn't want to use it on a
daily basis.

I believe this feature is useful enough to create a 'svn commit'
wrapper script, but my question to the list is whether such a script
might already exist. Or perhaps a subset exists that I could start
with.

Basically I want a script that I can use in lieu of 'svn ci' and
behaves the same in every single way, except that it will allow you
delete out files from the log message to not include in the commit.

Any pointers is appreciated.

Also, be sure to speak up if you would be interested in this
functionality because if I end up having to write one myself I will
post it (if there is interest).

Thanks,
Troy
