Building oldxbean.jar from scratch

I'm on the final stage of the JDK 1.3 port, which is switching the build
system over to using JDK 1.3 entirely.

In order to do this, I need to rebuild oldxbean.jar with JDK 1.3.  I looked
through the build.xml but nothing jumps out.
