   In a nut shell:
   * the verb "disable" should be used to refer to plugin's `_meta.disable` 
   * the verb "delete" should be used to refer to removing the corresponding JSON config
   
   Current doc seems to be using `disable` for deletion operation.
   ```
   To disable the limit-req Plugin, you can delete the corresponding JSON configuration 
   ```
