Announcing first edition of ManifoldCF in Action, from Manning Publishing

The community now has electronic access to the first three chapters of
ManifoldCF in Action, which is the book I'm releasing through Manning
Publishing that describes common usage situations for the ManifoldCF
project from a practical perspective.  Here is the URL:

Another chapter should become available every 2-4 weeks.  It is my
hope that this book will be of great utility to the community, and to
people who are thinking of using ManifoldCF in their particular
situation.  Feedback welcome!
