   I removed the call to testRaw from DelimiterCookerNoSoleES.  I had to define noCharClassEntities() otherwise the compile complained that "contexct" and "raw" did not exist.  The test org.apache.daffodil.section06.entities.TestEntities.test_emptyStringEntityTermInExpressionDelimited_01 still fails.  The error message seems to indicate the logic is still flowing through DelimeterCookerNoES instead of DeilitimerCookerNoSoleEs.  Here is the relevant error message from the log;
