PostGIS test standardization

Hi, all:

Since the previous PostGIS upgrade was not followed by a complete run of
the related unit and regression tests, several issues appeared.

To ensure the stability of both PostGIS and the CBDB kernel, I reviewed the existing
PostGIS testing problems and made necessary fixes and adaptations based on
the CBDB core. The testing process has been standardized and verified
locally, with all unit and regression tests now passing successfully. In
addition, some unnecessary content has been removed to make the entire
repository more consistent and standardized. This work provides a solid
foundation for future testing and maintenance.

For more specific details, please refer to the PR link:

Best,
Wei Han
