RE: [RT] "We are under incubation" icon

Here's what we've done with XMLBeans for the last 5-6 months:

Aside from the incubator banner on http://incubator.apache.org/projects/xmlbeans.html,
we also have an incubator banner posted next to the XML project banner
on the main project page at http://xml.apache.org/xmlbeans/.
