Rebuild only a single Workspace index

Hi guys,

we use a Repository with several Workspaces. Is it possible to rebuild only
the index from on of these workspaces with deleting the index folder an
restart the System?

I know there is also an repository wide index containing the nodetypes,
version store etc. under /repository/index. 
Are there any risks to keep this repository index and the other workspace
indexes?

You can delete the index from the workspace. it will be created again on startup
