cant resolve samples.addressbook.Address

hi,I got tomcat and soap run well.
I can deploy the service use GUI and command line,and can list details of deployed service.
But when I try to run Client java samples.addressbook.GetAllListing http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter period  I got the msg cannot resolve class name samples.addressbook.Address
Is there anything wrong I did? 
Where should I place the DeployedService.ds file?
and I do have a web.xml file accompanied with soap in the dir soap/web-inf/web.xml
pls help!
