Revision Controller

I made some changes for the Revision Controller:
- The configuration of the rcml files and the backup files are no more made in 
the sitemap but through a config file 
(lenya/src/webapp/lenya/config/rc/revision-controller.xconf) and a 
RCEnvironment java class. This one is imported by the Page Envelope

- The rcml and backup files are now relativ to the publication 
(build/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.21-LE-jdk14/webapps/lenya/lenya/pubs/unipublic/content/rcml/content/authoring/magazin/wirtschaft/2003/44/index.xml.rcml

- I cleaned the different xsp

- I cleaned the sitemap for unipublic

The Revision Controller works quite for unipublic, but i have somes problems:
- with bitflux (checkin/checkout)
- I can no more publish (Sorry Michi!!)

I will look at this next week
