The attached patch copies over the code from oak-tarmk-standby to oak-segment-tar. It also contains the necessary changes to the POM. The patch doesn't guarantee that the cold standby code will work once copied, following functional changes will be tracked by further issues. [~mduerig], [~alex.parvulescu], can you validate from a general point of view that everything is fine?
