There was support added for append only tables from MySQL CDC Connector (FLINK-36684), however this support is not exposed to the [MySQL Source pipeline connector|https://github.com/apache/flink-cdc/blob/3fb72cc49a6f33eb5eedd8102e0a85ff31e98866/flink-cdc-connect/flink-cdc-pipeline-connectors/flink-cdc-pipeline-connector-mysql/src/main/java/org/apache/flink/cdc/connectors/mysql/source/MySqlDataSourceOptions.java]. 

This ticket is about exposing those properties to the MySQL Data Source Pipeline connector so that append only tables can be created.
