AOO 4.1.5 failing in Fedora 27 fixed!

It has been reported on Forum that AOo 4,1,5 (and earlier) failed to install and work on Fedora 27.  A fix has been found for this.  Details are in this posting

There is a missing library libgdk_pixbuf_xlib-2.0.so.0.  Installation of this cures the problem
