Axis2 1.3 / 1.4 -- How to send and receive attachments

I am creating two web services ... first service has to accept a text file as one of the input argument for some processing and the second service has to return a text file to the caller.  Is there any example that I can follow to do this?

Any pointer would be very much appreciated.
