Thanks for the report, but there isn't a lot that's actionable here.
Could you provide the branch(es) it is failing on for you? In addition, the specific failure (as shown by test output/stacktrace) you see would help someone identify the problem, particularly in cases like this when the test isn't failing on CI.
This test recently had a regression introduced and fixed in [CASSANDRA-13038], but I don't know if it's the same failure you're seeing.
