Some of the tests are using hard-coded port numbers and aren't going to pass stress-testing without being reworked.  Given how stress-testing runs everything in parallel I can use its output to figure out what tests are having this problem.  My manually run tests hung after reporting bind exceptions and I killed them after 3 hours.
