   Finally, a consensus was reached. I've broken this task down into the following subtasks.
   
   1. streampark-registry
   - This part will be completed by me, and I will list the full detailed design in #3934 
   
   2. streampark-storage
   
   3. streampark-console
   - Task production and distribution will be added to this module
   
   Anyone who wants to take any part in it is welcome to reply. ^_^
