   This may be due to a similar root cause as 
   https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/issues/6850
   
   I'm wondering if we should bump up the default value of `proxy.config.io.max_buffer_size` from 32K to higher - probably 1M (index = 13) or 2M even (index=14)?
