NetBeans is available as a [Snap package|https://snapcraft.io/netbeans] and also now as a [Flatpack package|https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.apache.netbeans]. The Snap package is built directly by the verified account of _Apache NetBeans_. The Flatpack package is built by the [Flathub maintainers|https://github.com/flathub/org.apache.netbeans/graphs/contributors/]. Is there a particular reason why you would prefer a PPA package?
