Recently today, the RSS feed for jira started reporting no items at, for example: https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/streams?key=CASSANDRA

Normally this feed always returns the most recent items, so something seems wrong when it returns an empty feed.  I know for certain there have been updates to our jira that are not being reported by this feed any longer.
