(!) A patch to the testing environment has been detected. 
Re-executing against the patched versions to perform further tests. 
The console is at https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-YETUS-Build/841/console in case of problems.

> It's completely doable for us to have both pylint for python2 and pylint for python3 by leverating off the executable name as a passed argument to test-patch.  Let's put both in our docker image.
