   **DO NOT MERGE:** This PR requires the "artifact" PR (#243 ) to be merged first!
   
   This tool has the following functionality:
   * Parse a `.img` file and display it in JSON format.
   * Remove signatures from a `.img` file.
   * Add signatures to a `.img` file.
   * Split a manufacturing image into several files, one for each flash area.
   * Join a split manufacturing image.
