Need help with xalan c command line

Hi,
I hope I'm right here with my problem.

The xalan command line utility works perfectly until I try to save the
output in a file. If I do that it returns error code 6 and doesn't create
the file.

With TestXSL it says:
XSLException Type is: XalanFileOutputStreamWriteException
Message is: Error writing file: output.xml.  The error code was 6. (Unknown
URI, line -1, column -1)

I tried to use the transformer with the foo.xml files from the sample
section and it didnt work, too.

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
