[I] "Apache Airflow®" displayed as "Apache Airflow®" [airflow-site]

choo121600 opened a new issue, #1120:

   The text "Apache Airflow®" is incorrectly rendered as "Apache Airflow®". This seems to be caused by an encoding issue, likely due to missing or incorrect <meta charset="UTF-8"> settings in the HTML.

   The issue seems to stem from the file at the following link:
