   Turns out this landed on `master` already via #42493, which regenerates every country map straight from the notebook, and the notebook’s Morocco source produces these accented names. Closing this one since there’s nothing left to merge. If we’d rather keep the English forms, that’s a question about the notebook’s Morocco source itself now, not this specific PR.
