[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Apache Sling bnd Remove Parameters from OSGi Headers Plugin 1.0.0

Hi,

The vote has passed with the following result:

+1 (binding): Stefan Seifert, Carsten Ziegeler, Karl Pauls, Daniel Klco, David Bosschaert, Oliver Lietz
+1 (non-binding): Andreas Schaefer, Christian Schneider

I will copy this release to the Sling dist directory and promote the artifacts 
to the central Maven repository.
