[jira] [Created] (BIGTOP-146) We should always use apache archive as URLs to download source artifacts

We should always use apache archive as URLs to download source artifacts
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: BIGTOP-146
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-146
             Project: Bigtop
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: General
    Affects Versions: 0.1.0, 0.2.0
            Reporter: Bruno Mahé

The urls provided by apache are not stable and keep on disappearing for each new release of a given project.
So some URLs of Bigtop 0.0.1 are not valid anymore, and preventing Bigtop from working out of the box.

So we should get rid of APACHE_MIRROR or implement something in the build system to try downloading from different URLs on error.

For instance, some user has reported not being able to build pig of Bigtop 0.0.1.
