[jira] [Resolved] (HIVE-2586) Float comparison doesn't work
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-2586?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Navis resolved HIVE-2586.
-------------------------
Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
HIVE-2249 properly infers type from the compared column. So problems like above do not occur anymore. I'm still believe float/double literal type is useful but cannot think of any good reason for adding it. So closing this issue.
