Solr 3.x, Solr 4.x, and ElasticSearch version numbering

Hi all,

The multi-domain authorization model requires extensions to some of our
search-engine plugins to fully support.  I propose incrementing the major
version numbers of these plugins in accordance with their compatibility
changes.  So they would all now have a version of 1.1 for their next
release.  (I'd avoid 1.0 because that has connotations I think we want to
avoid.)

Thoughts?
