I haven't looked at the code in detail, but is this a case of TestDistCp being replaced by the other tests?

e.g. TestDistCp.testUniforSizeDistCp() vs. TestUniformSizeInputFormat.

Looks like some of the tests are commented out as well (eg testUniformSizeDistCp).
