1. Update ducc_ling to emit magic-string after bookkeeping and just prior to launching executable
2. Update webserver to capture executable post-magic-string output for Job/Reservation/Service Cancel and return same in HTTP response 
3. Update ducc.js to display cancel HTTP response results via jGrowl
