New ASF CMS

Gang,

I've asked infra to setup a space where we can kick the tires on the new ASF CMS.   See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-2748 and http://apache.org/dev/cms.html.

It seems like a real win, as we can produce either with Markdown or via a WYSIWYG editor and you get instant publication, more dynamic sites, etc.
