[DISCUSS] Moving Website content from site branch to a separate Git repository?

HI All,

I am proposing to move the Twill website content from site Git branch to
separate repo for clarity.

It is bit hard for new contributors to know the site info is in separate
branch.

We have to also add release specific docs but that would be next step =)

Thoughts?

- Henry

Currently the site is generated by the 'mvn site -P site', which it needs file from the twill source to generate (e.g. Javadocs). Moving to a different repo means we also need to figure how to generate the site.
