LibWWWNetAccessor

Hi,

  Anybody has sample program using "LibWWWNetAccessor/netAccessor". I have 
added IPv6 support to xerces-c code base. I would like to test this feature. 
If it is successful, I would like to contributre back to open source.

you can use the test program located in the tests\src\NetAccessorTest folder.
