desperate on base macros

Hi everybody i try to create a button in a centre form that ask you the id of the client and opens another form which has the clients adress etc... 

Please Help...

Nobody needs a macro to filter a form. You can store filter criteria in 
a table so they can be reused in other forms and reports.
