[jira] Closed: (TAPESTRY-1618) Addition and display of page messages analogous to Errors

Dan Adams closed TAPESTRY-1618.

       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: (was: 5.0.6)

I no longer need this feature as I've implemented it in our own library. It seems like it might be too closely coupled with the way we do things and I don't want to bloat tapestry.

> It would be great if messages could be added for a specific page that would be flash persisted. Then a Messages component (or perhaps Notifications so it doesn't conflict in name with the messages store) could display the messages. Could also support icons of some sort. It may be worth considering having Errors display these messages although that might be too tighly coupled.
