Although 'Database' tab doesn't allow to go to the next step if the required properties are empty it is not allowing even if there are no required properties left on the screen.

STR
1. Go to Customize Services --> Databases --> Ranger.
2. Enter the Ranger DB host.
3. Set/Toggle 'Setup Database and Database Use' to No.

Although no required properties are present but the 'Next' button is disabled.
