We connect to loopback of the second server so that Network dispatcher can
load balance.
But my question is if Network dispatcher is not there and we only have
appservers with http configured for ssl then vanitive url is to be set to
n/w interface of second http ssl system how?

Are you trying to have the same IP address on two different computers on
the same network? No - you can't do that.

I don't understand "cluster of webshare" - do you mean load-balancing or
something? If so, it is pretty complicated to set up load-balancing in
an SSL environment (main problem: persistance of the session). You will
need additional hardware for a start.
