Ok I could nail down the affected components, commit will follow soon:
Affected components -not fixed but added the setters and added a todo:
HtmlCommandButtonAjax
OutputLinkDynamic
HtmlSelectManyPicklist
ToggleLink

Entirely Fixed:
DojoSplitPane
FloatingPane
Filtertable

in case of the fixed components it was mostly
typos, the missing implementations
for the first four components still have to be provided
todos have been set!
Please add them
