[DBCP]jocl configuration problem

Hi everybody,

I am trying to use a .jocl file to configure my connection pool, but I have
always the same error: 
can't parse the configuraton file

What is necessary to parse that file ? Wich libraries I must load (or some
System properties to set ???) before asking a connection to the pool ?
