Syncing apache-apr repository with apache-1.3

I'd like to sync up the apache-apr respository with apache-1.3
sometime this week. The more often we sync the two repositories, the
less annoying manual work needed.

Any objections? I'm thinking about doing this on Friday or this weekend.
