PDF Form Combo Box void

Hello,
I created my first PDF form, which contains radio buttons and combo boxes.
I exported to PDF and I see it correctly, I can to press the buttons
but if I select a combo box I see it empty and I can not change its
value.
I do not care attach fields to a database, but I would only select one
of the values I entered.

What could be wrong?
