os-os2/2930: Fatal error... after run httpd.exe

I download precompiled 1.3b7 package fron apache site,
after settinf og conf files when I run "httpd.exe" Apache 
server starts but after 2 second the thread fall.

ERROR.LOG file give me the following messages:
